Booking Policies

Please read all information thoroughly before booking.

  • A deposit is due at the time of booking. This will be applied to your final payment at the time of your appointment. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation. Methods of payment are cash( I don’t carry change), credit/debit card, or cash app.

  • If you are running late, please let me know! I have a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes with no communication, your appointment will be cancelled. This will result in forfeit of your deposit.

  • Things happen, I get it. If able, cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance. Failing to communicate with us will be considered a “no show” and result in forfeit of deposit and ½ of payment charged to card on file.

  • All sales are final. I do not do refunds. In the event something goes wrong with your hair or you are not satisfied, I am willing to fix it.

Important Information

  • Upon arrival, please ensure your hair is washed and blow dried(root to end) with minimal to no products. Failure to prep hair successfully will result in cancelled appointment.

  • Please be sure to add on ALL add-ons and preferred color for your appointment. Hair and bohemian(synthetic/human blend) is included. If you want a human boho hair, you have to provide it.

  • At least 4 inches of hair is required. Any breakage needs to be communicated PRIOR to appointment. If unsure, please book a complementary consultation with me.
